Pelvic Health & Hormone Wellness for Perimenopausal-Menopausal Women
You are not alone.
Women just like you are quietly struggling with bladder leaks, hormonal changes, pelvic discomfort, painful intimacy, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.
I understand because I have personally lived through many of these challenges too.
This book was written to help you feel seen, understood, and hopeful again — with compassionate, evidence-based guidance and relatable stories that remind you there is support, answers, and hope.

Pelvic Health & Hormone Wellness for Perimenopausal & Menopausal Women was written for the woman who has been silently struggling — the woman waking up exhausted, planning life around bathrooms, avoiding intimacy, feeling uncomfortable in her own body, or quietly wondering why no one prepared her for these changes.
For so many women, these symptoms feel deeply personal and isolating. The bladder leaks. The urgency. The pelvic discomfort. The painful intimacy. The hormonal shifts. The interrupted sleep. The feeling that somehow your body has become unfamiliar to you. And yet, too often women are told these struggles are simply “part of aging” and something they must learn to live with.
But you were never meant to suffer through this alone.
As both a pelvic floor physical therapist and a woman who has personally experienced many of these challenges myself, I created this book to be the compassionate, honest, and evidence-based guide I wish more women had sooner — the kind of support that says, “I see you. I understand. And there is hope.”
Inside these pages, you’ll find education, encouragement, relatable stories, and supportive strategies designed to help you better understand your body, feel empowered in your choices, and begin reconnecting with yourself again — physically, emotionally, and confidently.
More than anything, my hope is that when you read this book, you finally feel something many women have not felt in a very long time:
Seen.
Understood.
Supported.
And no longer alone.
